I am slave to vision: Hrithik

Everyone's nostalgic about their first pay and so is our hot hunk Hrithik Roshan.
The reticent Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, who usually keeps his personal life under wraps and rarely talks about his childhood, lately revealed all about his growing years and his mad fetish for cars and bikes.
Cherishing his childhood memories Hrithik says, "My first stint in front of camera was for the film called AAP KE DEEWANE for which I received 500 bucks for the one shot. There was a market in Juhu called Sarkari Bhandar in which we used to get these toy cars. So I went there and bought 10 hot wheels cars. My first ever earned money was to buy the Hot Wheels Toy cars. I was about 7-8 years old. I remember playing with those cars and the challenges I used to put against those cars playing on the furniture of my mother's bedroom, I used to create mountains out of the blankets and make the cars jump higher and faster. Somewhere that experience taught me a lot and seeped into my life as an actor."
That Hrithik is a go-getter; headstrong person is we all know. But what we don't is how the actor manages to do everything so gracefully. Well here's the funda of Hrithik's success which the actor discloses himself.
"I am a slave to my vision. If I can see something that I can do then I have to do it myself. And if I can see I also know I can do, I can achieve," says the confident actor.

Indian firms employ

Noting that India's direct investment in the US has grown by an average of 33 percent each year since 2005, a top US official has acknowledged that Indian companies employ tens of thousands of Americans.
In the decade between 2000 and 2010, Indian investment has increased from a negligible $96 million to over $3.3 billion, deputy secretary of state Bill Burns said at the 3rd FICCI-Brookings Dialogue on 'Is there a future of India-US strategic dialogue' here Tuesday.
India-US bilateral economic relationship is anchored in the realisation that their long-term interests are essentially congruent and mutually reinforcing, he said at the event organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry with the Washington think tank.
'Together, we are drawing the best from both of our societies to make better products that compete and win in the global economy,' Burns said noting Tata Steel has a plant in Ohio, while Boeing uses engineers in Bangalore to design 787s whose parts are manufactured across America.
Noting 'the modernisation of India and the lifting up of hundreds of millions of Indians out of poverty necessarily remains the focus of the Indian government', he said India has no more important partner than the US in this endeavour.
'This extraordinary -- and so far extraordinarily successful -- effort requires India to sustain its high rate of economic growth, open markets for its goods and services, and attract the investment needed to realise its vision of inclusive development,' he said.
'There is no more important partner for India in this endeavour than the United States,' Burns said.
Over the past decade, India-US bilateral trade has doubled and then almost doubled again, he said while US total direct investment in India rose 10-fold, from $2.4 billion in 2000 to $27.1 billion in 2010, he noted.

Strong quake hits India

A strong earthquake shook northeastern India and Nepal, killing at least 18 people, damaging buildings and sending lawmakers in Nepal's capital running into the streets.
The quake, with a preliminary magnitude of 6.9, struck at 6:10 p.m. Sunday local time. The epicenter was in Sikkim state near the border with Nepal, and shaking was felt across northern and eastern India, including in the capital of New Delhi. It triggered at least two aftershocks of magnitude 6.1 and 5.3, Indian seismology official R.S. Dattatreyan said. He warned more aftershocks were possible.
At least five people in Sikkim were killed and more than 50 were injured, according to the state's top official, Chief Secretary Karma Gyatso. The north Indian state of West Bengal reported four deaths, and Bihar state reported two. Nepal's government said five people died and dozens were hurt there, including two men and a child who were killed when a brick wall toppled outside the British Embassy in Nepal's capital, Katmandu.
The full extent of damage was not immediately known because the region is sparsely populated with many people living in remote areas now cut off by mudslides triggered by the quake, state police Chief Jasbir Singh told The Associated Press.
TV stations reported buildings buckled, sidewalks cracked and two major roads collapsed in Sikkim's state capital of Gangtok, 42 miles (68 kilometers) southeast of the quake's epicenter near the border with Nepal. The Indo-Tibetan Border Police said two of its buildings had collapsed in Gangtok.
Small army columns fanned out across the city of some 50,000 overnight to search for anyone pinned under fallen debris.
"We have sounded a high alert. Police are on the streets in Gangtok and other major towns," he said.
Electricity and some phone service was interrupted in the area.
Power lines snapped in the West Bengal cities of Darjeeling and Kalimpong, which "are now in total darkness," state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said, according to Press Trust of India.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh offered to send troops to help, and summoned the National Disaster Management Authority for an emergency meeting. The air force sent five planes to help with rescue efforts.
The region has been hit by major earthquakes in the past, including in 1950 and 1897.
In neighboring Nepal and Bangladesh, the quake Sunday night sent residents rushing out of their homes, offices and shopping centers.
In Katmandu, members of parliament who were debating the national budget ran out of the assembly hall into a parking area. They returned 15 minutes later and resumed their session.
The quake was also felt as far as the Indian capital, with New Delhi residents also rushing out of shaking buildings, and in the Chinese-ruled Himalayan region of Tibet. According to China's official Xinhua News Agency, the quake caused three houses in Tibet to collapse, injured one person and suspended a border county's telecommunications services.

solutions to euro-zone

Expressing concern on the simmering economic turmoil in global markets, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday hoped that the upcoming G-20 Summit of world leaders will offer feasible solutions to end the euro-zone crisis.
"I am expecting, at the margin of the World Bank meeting, the problem of the euro-zone crisis, high sovereign debt and also other related issues will be discussed," Mukherjee told mediapersons on the sidelines of a function marking the foundation day of a bank here.
"I am confident that when we meet again in Paris at the G-20 Finance Ministers conference to make recommendations for the leaders in the summit which will be held in early November, it would be possible for the world leaders to work out the solutions which can dissolve the crisis," he added.
Mukherjee had in an earlier statement warned that unlike during the immediate aftermath of the financial crisis of 2008, global policy coordination would be difficult now as most countries are at different stages of the economic cycle at present.
Finance Ministers of the BRICS countries-Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa-will take a call on supporting the euro zone at a meeting in Washington later this month.
The meetings are scheduled from September 23-25 at Washington.
Mukherjee would head the Indian delegation comprising Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor, D. Subbarao, apart from senior officials of the finance ministry.
The objective of the meet is to discuss the steps that they need to taken with an aim to effectively overcome the imminent global economic slowdown.

Italian Restaurateur

His passion for cooking drove Italian Canadian Enzo Renda to create the first Eggspectation outlet in Montreal in 1993 to prove that eggs were more than just a breakfast food. He brought the concept to New Delhi five years ago and has been so encouraged by the response because, as he says, 'India is changing by the minute', that he has now branched out to introducing fine Italian dining at a golf resort in Greater Noida.
'We will introduce our guests to authentic food from all the regions of Italy,' Renda said of La Brezza that is set to open its doors at the high-end Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort at Greater Noida.
La Brezza, along with its Enoteca Bar, has been conceptualized as a traditional family style Italian restaurant with a modern edge. The restaurant has 80 covers with an area of 5,282 sq. ft. spread on two floors, including the kitchen.
Aiming to establish a harmonious relationship between the resort and the restaurant, table setting has been kept casual and classy with sociable atmosphere. Intangible pleasures as flavors, senses and emotions are directly reflected through the most selective menu personally created by Renda.
'Actually, there is a little touch of my mother's recipes in most of the items on the menu,' Renda explained.
The bar menu is distinct and unique to some of Italy's famous wine bars. Nestled in the stairwell against the backdrop of a two-storey high wine display, the bar offers a wide selection of wines and a large variety of appetisers and some items from the main menu.
So, how will authenticity be ensured?
'Well, we'll be importing all our ingredients from Italy, from mozzarella cheese to tomatoes to what have you. The meats we will source locally but thanks to the herbs we will use, the flavour profile will be authentic,' Renda asserted.
The chefs, however, will be Indian and will function under the watchful eye of Renda who will increase his visits to India to three a year once La Brezza opens before the inaugural Indian Grand Prix at Greater Noida in October.
Chef Gomes, who oversees Eggspectation at the Jaypee Vasant Continental, will be in overall charge of La Brezza and will be assisted by two other chefs from the same hotel.
'They know the way I think. They know how I cook. They follow my instructions to the T. They have a passion for cooking,' Renda declared of the trio.
What then brought him to India?
'India is English China, without the controls. The growth is evident all around.
'India is changing by the minute, and my instinct of seven years ago is showing results sooner than expected,' Renda told IANS in an interview.
Admitting that Indian laws are difficult, he also noted that change is under way and reforms were on the way.
Noting that salaries are increasing by 20 to 30 percent Renda was confident of seeing a greater number of Indians trying out outlets like his. 'The future lies where the middle class increases, a move that triggers all the way to the richer population.'
At the same time, he conceded that food was not the easiest of businesses, and India does not make it any the easier.
'We spent a lot of the time in the initial years convincing people we worked with here,' Renda said, adding they are far more receptive now.
'Indian brands are getting into niches, and will need to compete with western brands, for which they will need western consulting,' he said.
Eggspectation's three outlets in the National Capital Region -- the other two are at Japyee Siddharth (Rajendra Place in west Delhi) and Japyee Greens Golf and Spa Resort at Greater Noida -- contribute 10 percent of the chain's revenues, with the 16 restaurants in Canada and the US contributing the rest.

* Global spot gold fell more than 1 percent, reversing a rally of 3.2 percent in the previous session, as investors, faced with uncertainties over the U.S. Federal Reserve's stimulus plans, decided to take some money off the table.
* The rupee strengthened, supported by a sharp rise in local shares, Asian peers and gains in the euro, with corporate dollar sales, possibly from a large domestic engineering conglomerate, also aiding.
* The rupee plays an important role in determining the landed cost of the yellow metal, which is quoted in dollars.
* A price dip attracted physical buying from traders, who were on the sidelines.
* "Demand has improved in the last few days," said a dealer with a private-run bullion importing bank in Mumbai, adding premiums are steady at $1.1/1.4 over London prices.
* India's wedding and festival season demand will gain pace and peak in October before tapering off in December.

Maruti Suzuki's New Swift

The premium hatchback Swift from the stables of country’s largest passenger car maker Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) has been one of the largest selling car across the categories and now it has been reported that after Maruti decided to bring out a new version of the premium hatchback, the company has recorded 38,000 bookings seventeen days prior to its launch, which is surely a record pre-launch orders for the car.
According to a report in Business Standard, this is the first time any vehicle has generated such enthusiasm among consumers prior to its official introduction in the market. The report quoted Mayank Pareek, managing executive officer (marketing & sales), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) as saying “The strong response is unprecedented, particularly because the new model has not hit the showrooms yet and the pricing points have not been determined.”
It was reported that earlier last December, the Toyota Etios had registered around 12,000 bookings before the company started making the product. But at the time, the car had already been unveiled in the country and pricing details had been revealed. The new third-generation Swift, scheduled to be launched on August 17, is longer and roomier, with distinctively styled interiors. The car sports a plastic fuel tank which, being lighter will enhance fuel efficiency by an added five to six per cent. The company had 33,000 bookings for the Swift when production of the model was discontinued at the end of June. MSIL will start rolling out the new Swift from tomorrow at its Manesar plant. It was mentioned in the report that in the early 1990s, MSIL had recorded 187,000 bookings for the Zen within a month of launch. The report quoted Pareek as saying “The production capacity then was not comparable. We used allotment cards to sell cars to buyers. Deliveries were made over three to four years.”
The report states that the Swift, a benchmark product in the premium hatchback category, was introduced in the Indian market in 2005. The car created the premium hatchback market, a category which has since seen rapid growth, fuelling the interest of global auto majors in the segment. Ford launched the Figo in the category in March last year and Volkswagen followed with the Polo. Toyota’s made-for-India small car, the Liva, made its global debut here on June 27. There is also the upcoming Honda Brio in the same segment. The category is one of the fastest growing, clocking growth of 20 per cent (January-June 2011) in an otherwise sluggish industry. As many as 439,000 units were sold in the segment last year. The report stated that according to industry estimates, Swift had 24 per cent share of the premium hatchback market between January and May, while the Hyundai i20 and Ford Figo accounted for 15 per cent each. Ritz contributed to 12 per cent of sales

Singapore Central Bank Raises Inflation

Singapore's central bank has raised its inflation forecast for this year because of higher expected housing and transportation costs.
Monetary Authority of Singapore Managing Director Ravi Menon said in a speech Thursday that the bank expects an inflation rate between 4 percent and 5 percent, one percentage point higher than its previous forecast.
Menon said the government's 2011 economic growth forecast between 5 percent and 7 percent remained unchanged.
Menon said a stronger Singapore dollar has helped lessen the impact of higher global oil and food prices.
Singapore's inflation rate fell to 4.5 percent in May from 5.5 percent in January.

politics story

In a story July 8 about a Singapore public opinion survey, The Associated Press erroneously quoted Member of Parliament Vikram Nair as saying he was less concerned with the 40 percent of the electorate who did not vote for his party in recent polls than the 60 percent who did. The correct quote is: "One of the things one of my friends reminded me was, you can change, but don't forget, don't change for the 40 percent, also the 60 percent who voted for you."

Maruti Stops Swift Production

India's largest carmaker Maruti has ended the production of its highly selling premium hatchback Swift, to make way for the next generation Swift, which will be launched in late August or early September.
Dealers have started accepting bookings for the new Swift. Maruti has codenamed the new Swift as YP8 and its trial runs are on in the Manesar plant, reports Economic Times.
According to a report in Business Standard, The car will come with 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel variants. It was reported that the new model, built on a slightly longer yet new platform, will be little extra roomy, lighter and return better mileage than the current generation Swift. Besides, engineers have also achieved a substantial reduction in the overall weight of the car by replacing the metal fuel tank with a plastic tank. This will improve its fuel efficiency by a little over 13 per cent. This will be the first major face-lift for the Swift since it was launched six years ago. Pricing details of the new car has not been shared by the company.
It was also reported that the new Swift will be produced at the company's Manesar facility in Haryana, which has recently seen labour unrest. The petrol variant will return a mileage of around 20 km a litre, as compared to 17.9 km per litre certified by the Automotive Research Association of India. Similarly, the diesel model will deliver around 23.8 km per litre, as against the existing 21 km a litre.
The report stated that for installing the plastic fuel tanks, Maruti Suzuki India has tied up with France's Plastic Omnium, the world's largest manufacturer of plastic fuel tanks as it was mentioned that plastic fuel tanks are usually 25-35 per cent lighter than the conventional metal tanks. Besides, these are corrosion-free, durable, non-explosive and easily recyclable. Maruti Suzuki India has entered into a tripartite joint venture with Suzuki Motor Corporation and Plastic Omnium to manufacture fuel tanks at the Manesar facility. The new plastic tank manufacturing facility, Inergy Automotive Systems Manufacturing India Private Ltd, was inaugurated in Manesar on Monday.

Tata Motors

Tata Motors, the auto arm of the iconic Tata group, said it will challenge in court the West Bengal government's decision to reclaim land in Singur, another instance of conflict over land that is the biggest block for rapid growth in Asia's third-largest economy.
Tata Motors , India's top vehicle maker, abandoned plans in 2008 to build a plant on the land to manufacture what it says is the world's cheapest car, the Nano, in West Bengal after violent protests by farmers.
Returning the land to farmers was a central point of the campaign by the populist Trinamool Congress party during elections in the state in April, which saw voters throw out a three-decade old communist government. Trinamool is the largest ally of the Congress party.
Debasis Ray, a Mumbai-based spokesman for Tata Motors said on Wednesday the firm would contest the decision by the local government in the High Court in Kolkata, but did not elaborate.
Across India, several multi-billion dollar projects are being delayed as poor farmers resist the forced takeover of their lands, often at below market prices. Analysts warn this could deter foreign direct investment (FDI) and trip up plans for speedy industrialisation in India.
West Bengal has pledged to improve conditions for Indian and foreign investors after the state was shunned for years. Major companies are forced to look at each of India's 28 states when deciding where to invest as rules, often opaque, differ from state to state, a fact that often deters investors.
On Tuesday, local protests forced local authorities to stop acquiring land for South Korean POSCO's $12 billion steel plant in Orissa, further delaying what would be the single largest FDI into India.
Central and state governments have dithered on taking firm decisions, mindful of the wrath of the over 500 million farmers who make up their core vote base, but also wanting to accelerate economic growth to double digits.
That ambition is overshadowed by declining FDI, policy paralysis from a series of corruption scandals and slowing industrial activity due to high inflation and interest rates.
Economists, bankers and industrialists have said that without structural reforms, India could go into a slump that would be difficult to recover from.
India plans a new land acquisition law that will give farmers market or better rates for their land, taking off the edge from protests. The current law gives little or no compensation for land taken over for a "public purpose."
It remains to be seen whether the Congress-led government in the capital will push through the legislation in parliament given it is fighting an increasingly assertive opposition bent on blocking proceedings over rampant corruption.

Maiden International Flight

A solar energy plane made the world's first international flight powered by the sun on Friday to show the potential for pollution-free air travel.
The Solar Impulse took off from an airfield at Payerne in western Switzerland on Friday morning and landed at Brussels airport after a 13-hour flight.
"The objective is to demonstrate what we can do with existing technology in terms of renewable energy and energy savings," project co-founder and pilot Andre Borschberg told Reuters by telephone during the flight.
Borschberg believes such solar-harnessing technology can be used to power cars and homes. "It is symbolic to be able to go from one place to another using solar energy," he said.
The Solar Impulse project began in 2003 with a 10-year budget of 90 million euros ($128 million) and has involved engineers from Swiss lift maker Schindler and research aid from Belgian chemicals group Solvay.
The plane, which requires 12,000 solar cells, embarked on its first flight in April 2010 and completed a 26-hour flight, a record flying time for a solar powered aircraft, three months later.
With an average flying speed of 70 km/h (44 mph), Solar Impulse is not an immediate threat to commercial jets, which can easily cruise at more than 10 times the speed. A flight from Geneva from Brussels can take little more than an hour.
Project leaders acknowledged it had been a major challenge to fit a slow-flying plane into the commercial air traffic system.
Friday's flight was Solar Impulse's fifth. Previous flights did not leave Switzerland. A larger prototype is scheduled to fly around the world in 2013.

Demographic Destiny In Asia Braces

If demography is destiny, as the French philosopher Auguste Comte put it, then Asia faces daunting challenges in the coming decades.
Markets understandably track the rate and composition of gross domestic product to gauge short-term economic shifts.
But it is changes to the underlying productive capacity of an economy that count in the long run. Swing factors include openness to outside capital and ideas as well as the quality of education and governance.
Another is the impact of population trends on the supply of labour and on savings and investment rates. Witness North Africa and the Middle East. One reason behind the turmoil engulfing the region is the failure of governments to address a youth bulge, spawning large cohorts of angry, unemployed young men.
With the notable exception of India, most Asian countries have the opposite problem. The region is growing old, as harrowingly illustrated by the March 11 earthquake in northeast Japan.
Many elderly are among the 27,000 dead or missing in the double disaster. So are many of the survivors: the populations of many of the shattered coastal towns have been declining for years as the young have moved to big cities to find work.
How Japan helps the survivors to rebuild their lives may be a big first step toward finding out how to tackle the issue of an ageing society with a low birth rate, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano told Reuters.

POLITICS OF AGEING

The rest of the world will be paying heed. Japan is the fastest-ageing nation, but others are catching up.
By 2030, the share of the population aged over 60 in Japan will have grown to 37 percent from 30 percent last year. Germany and Italy will be just behind on 36 percent.
Just as striking, the proportion of elderly South Koreans is projected to double to 32 percent, according to the McKinsey Global Institute, the economics research arm of consultants McKinsey & Co.
Richard Dobbs, a director of the institute, said Japan had the advantage of a health system that was not as expensive as America's. But a lot hinged on whether politicians can rise to the challenge of extreme ageing.
"Is Japan able to make these difficult decisions? The demographic cards you are dealt matter less than the ability of the political system to cope," Dobbs said.
Japan, at least, is a rich nation and can afford to grow old. China might not be able to. Thailand is asking itself the same question [ID:nMSGE71R09]
Right now, China has an old-age dependency ratio of 0.11, meaning there is just over one elderly Chinese for every 10 of working age. This will rise to 0.24 in 2030 and may exceed 0.43 by 2050, according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, a Paris-based forum for industrial democracies.
In an echo of northeast Japan, the increase in the dependency ratio will be much more pronounced in Chinese villages, passing 0.6 by 2050 compared with 0.3 in urban areas.
In short, according to the OECD, China will face an old-age problem as severe as that in Italy, Germany and Japan but without -- as yet -- the pensions, health care and welfare set-ups those countries can pay for.
Chinese pensioners might not be as rebellious as Arab youths, but the potential for friction is evident, especially as replacement rates -- the percentage of salary that a pension provides -- are projected to fall further from already low levels. Nearly 30 percent of urban retirees in China scrape by on less than half the median income.
"Poor coverage, even for those in cities, accentuates the problem of relative poverty amongst the elderly," the OECD said in a report. "This may be politically difficult to sustain in a rapidly ageing society, where the elderly live less and less with their descendants."

OFFSETTING FACTORS

Not surprisingly, Beijing is aware of the problem. Like governments around the world, it is considering raising the retirement age, currently 60 for men, 55 for women civil servants and 50 for female workers.
"Delaying the retirement age is a very complicated issue and we will study it according to the situations of population and employment and consider different groups of people," Yin Weimin, minister of human resources and social security, said this month.
One problem, according to Richard Herd, who covers China for the OECD, is that the system is unduly generous to government officials. The bill for their pensions, which provide replacement rates of up to 80 percent, has jumped to almost 1 percent of GDP.
"They need considerable reforms to pensions, especially to the retirement age in the public sector," Herd said during a visit to Beijing.
China is not alone in facing a pensions bulge. In a report published last week, the World Bank said middle-income countries in East Asia can expect five times as many people as now to become eligible for a pension over the next two to three decades. Health care costs for a greying population will also jump.
Yet as uncertainty over the repercussions of Middle East unrest and Japan's post-quake nuclear crisis shows, complex events are never black and white.
Other factors will mitigate the economic impact of ageing. As people live longer, they will work longer. As workers become better educated, productivity will rise.
So ageing should reduce per capita income growth rates by at most half a percentage point a year on average in developing East Asian countries, the World Bank estimates.
"While favourable demographics of a young population fifty years ago had a significant positive impact on growth, unfavourable demographics of an ageing population will have a much less important negative impact," it concluded.

The Best Affiliate Program

Merchants can improve their stores and increase their conversions using the tips I have included here as well. Besides this post I encourage them to check out the How to Make Money Blogging post featured in this comment. Merchants – Sell your products online and run your affiliate program. Get paid instantly to your account, recruit affiliates on affiliate marketplace.
Online casio business is operated by mega large companies based in Caribbean and Europe. They offer affilliate programs where you can earn money.
Online affiliate marketing is a way of making money by joining with the affiliate network of a company and place a link of the product or service offered by that company in our website. When a person buys a product by visiting this link we will be getting an amount as commission.
Choose products that are of high quality to promote and advertise on your web site. These types of products will most likely have a first-class sales page and once your visitors go to their sites, they are more apt to make a purchase. Choosing the best companies is an art in itself. Choose affiliate program that are already successful and well established like SFI . Choose a topic in which you are passionately interested, and create a web site around that theme. Then select affiliate programs which fit the theme of your site and blend them into the site.
Choosing a domain name is very important step in the entire process of building a website, and due to the recent "gold rush" for domain names, it can also be one of the most difficult. It may seem that nearly all "good" names have been registered. Choose those programs that will be the best affiliate programs for you ! Choose the ones that have a generous commission structure. Have products that fit in with your target audience.
Check with other affiliates in the program to see if you can find out what their experience has been with them. Although the program's success depends on you, this is still very important.
Conversion is important as well. When you look at the sales page provided by the affiliate company, read it. Conversion rate refers to the number of online visitors that have actually purchased any product from the website of the affiliate program. Hence, the popularity of the website or the high conversion rate of an affiliate program is also a good indicator of higher possibilities of sales and thereby adding onto the commission or profit of the affiliate.
Information is needed to make the appropriate choices and it helps when you have already focused your search to a distinct niche, which might be the theme of your website (if you already have one). In this way, you will point yourself at a program that perfectly matches your niche, wants and resources that you are offering. Information that you need to ensure the right choice. It is helpful if you have already focused your search to a particular interest in the topic of your website (if you already have one).
Website owners use blog to communicate with customers, or write their dairy, etc. But do you know that you can make use of this latest hit to make money? Web site tracking and how long they stay in the system? You need to have sufficient procedures to track the people you refer from your web site. Webmaster affiliates and blog affiliates know that traffic generates affiliate sales. The higher the traffic the higher the affiliate sales.

The Benefits of Email Marketing for Businesses

Email marketing is a very cost-effective method for a business to market its products or services to a broad audience. If you can plan an effective email campaign with a quality business email list then you can achieve great results from it.
An important advantage of business email marketing is that it enables you to reach a wide audience with minimal effort. It is relatively inexpensive to launch a business to business email marketing campaign when compared to other marketing methods. Often, you will already have your own email list that you have compiled from your own client base. If you don’t have your own list, then there are reputable business email list brokers that can sell you a list of business email addresses. The quality of these lists can vary considerably, so be sure to establish where the list has come from and how recently it has been validated.
The cost to transmit emails is also very low compared to traditional mailshots. Often, each email will cost less than a penny per email if sent in sufficient quantities. Therefore, the cost is very low to broadcast an email marketing campaign.
Email campaigns can also be easily tracked. A large amount of very useful data can be tracked by the email marketer, such as open rates, click rates and bounce rates. This information can be used to refine your email campaigns. As an example, you can vary the subject line of the email and track which version gets the best open rates.
If you can afford it, then it is a wise idea to hire the services of a professional business email marketing company to design and send out your email campaigns. If you are striving to optimise your response rates from your email campaign and increase your sales, then a specialist business to business (B2B) email marketing company should help you to increase your return on investment and generate better results.
